Video generation is typically processed within seconds to several minutes, depending on the length and complexity of the content. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high server demand.

4.2. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Word2Film does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. Users will be notified of planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

5. Use of Services

5.1. Acceptable Use

Word2Film services are available to both individuals and businesses. You agree not to use the services to:

• Generate video content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or hatred
• Create deepfake videos for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent

5.2. Generated Content

Video content generated through Word2Film may be used for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.
